It’s quiet and very clean

The property itself is really nice, offering a delightful stay with its appealing pool area and gym that enhance the overall experience. The bathroom was spacious, featuring a jetted garden tub, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The kitchen was well-equipped with high-quality essentials, ensuring convenience and comfort. We were impressed by the thoughtful selection of products that catered to allergies and sensitivities. As pet lovers, we appreciated that the property welcomes dogs without additional charges and has a large dog park nearby, which our two labs enjoyed immensely.

We encountered several maintenance issues during our stay. The freezer was iced over due to a faulty seal, and the doorpad signaled a low battery on the second day, causing concern about being locked out. The absence of instructions for the jetted tub initially led us to believe it was malfunctioning. On departure day, the keypad displayed a "time is up" message at 8am, preventing us from closing the door without risking being locked out, despite our checkout time being 11am. Communication with the booking company’s customer service was ineffective, with our repeated attempts going unanswered. It was only by visiting the on-site Leasing Office that we managed to resolve these issues quickly, revealing a disconnect between booking agents and on-site staff.

The coffee table broke while we were there and trying to figure out how to not get charged for something that was wear and tear.

We loved the balcony and being able to have morning coffee and watching people playing with their dogs in the dog park below. The condo was spacious, well stocked, and comfortable. The pool was awesome, and the gym was great as well. Issues we had were immediately addressed: leaking kitchen faucet, faulty electrical outlet on the balcony, shower drain backing up, and entry code quit working. The support team was very responsive and all the issues were addressed and fixed very quickly.

The condo had great A/C cooling, but was extremely humid and damp. I suspect the A/C filter needs to be replaced as there was dirt coming from the ceiling filter access area. Also, the extra pillows in the bedroom closet started to get moldy due to the humidity in the condo.

The bed was very comfortable along with the jetted tub. Swimming pool was refreshing each morning. Apartment had dishes, pots, pans, plates, glasses, silverware everything you need to enjoy home cooked meal. Washer and dryer, coffee maker refrigerator, air conditioning which was great. Lower floor had outside entrance convenient taking out our little dog.

The apartment needed to be mopped. The floors were extremely dirty. If you were barefoot you had black feet. The internet would not connect for our apartment so no TV. The fan in the bedroom needs to be cleaned. When we arrive there was trash on our back patio which had attached bugs.

Very clean and comfortable, excellent for vacation.
