"Las peores vacaciones de nuestra vida"

La falta de profesionalidad del gestor se estropeó la persiana que daba acceso a la terraza y estuvo tres dias dando largas para repararla insinuó que era culpa nuestra, luego se demostró que era del uso continuado por lo que durante tres dias estuvimos sin poder salir a la terraza y esperando al técnico que llego el martes a las 21:45 habiendo informado de la haveria el domingo a las 8:00 de la mañana. Le reclamamos el importe de los tres dias sin poder salir a la terraza y estar esperando al técnico sin poder hacer nuestras vacaciones . Y la devolución integra de la fianza que es lo primero que te pide de 200€.
