What a beautiful place to stay !caravan has all you need..location fab..wou recommend to all my friends and family...wildlife and water falls right outside your door !! So yes go if your lucky enough to get the opportunity to stay at this caravan! and discover all snowdonia hasto offer .. lovely bar and food on site too .

The british weather at times .. but the sights compensated and the wonderful sound of rain while snuggled up with a glass of wine or a morning coffee !! Just delightful 😊

Lovely caravan, amazing campsite.

We booked the caravan very last minute as our original property canceled the booking on our way there. I did not originally expect too much; however, my expectations were exceeded. We were very pleased with the facilities, mainly due to location and comfort. The caravan park is very close to Snowdon, Portmeirion, and a small village, Porthmadog, with a large Tesco and a few takeaways. The caravan is right next to the river, which you can hear at night. There is a large fridge, freezer, toaster, gas hob, oven, microwave, kettle, loads of plates, utensils, and even baby bowls and cutlery. There are also kids' toys, board games, and camping chairs at the property. The owner was very pleasant and made sure that we were happy with our stay and available for a call at any time during the day. Please be aware that you must bring your towels and bedding; I would suggest the owner make this very clear in their description as I did not notice this during my booking. And I would also suggest taking a deep mattress duvet cover as our standard fitted sheet was a bit short for mattress.

Unfortunately our fridge broke down, however, the owner offered a partial refund. The property was difficult to find when we arrived as we found instructions to be a bit tricky.

Nice cosy warm cottage with a stream (water) running right next. Spacious living room with netflix on TV. Quiet park.

The two single beds were tiny.

Everything was lovely for our stay. Fantastic location.
