"Extremely Unprofessional and Unacceptable Service – Felt Like a Scam"

I had a terrible experience with this company. I was charged £300 for a deposit on an apartment that was supposed to be a pre-authorization, not an actual charge. The deposit was supposed to be refunded 10 days after checkout, but that never happened. For weeks, I kept contacting the company, only to receive vague and evasive responses. They claimed there had been an error and that they were "checking with their financial department", but I never received any follow-up. Every time I reached out, I was given the same unhelpful answers, and they never took any real responsibility for the situation. It wasn’t until a month later, after multiple attempts and with the help of Booking.com customer service, that the deposit was finally returned. This whole process felt like a scam, and the lack of professionalism from the company is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend renting from this company unless you want to experience unnecessary stress and frustration.

"Disappointing"

Liked the big space. Nice layout with Netflix and Disney+ installed onto TV.

-> Black Mold on each windowsill in the bedroom and the top of the bathroom -> Hole with black Mold behind the shower. As someone with an allergy to Penicillin, this harmed my health during my stay and prevented me from showering during my time. -> Chair in the hallway was clearly broken when we arrived. Scratches and a loose leg indicate that they have tried to lazily fix the chair. After we noticed wobbling, we refused to sit on that chair for the duration of our stay. ->Was not greeted by the host at all during our stay. Poor communication through the Booking.com messaging system. -> When we arrived, the kitchen sink was not cleaned up to standard. Inside the sink, was a brown dust, probably from the people who used the place before us. There was also 3 peas in the sink, indicating the poor cleaning once again. -> The boiler was overly noisy, especially during night time. This created problems when trying to sleep. It would beep every hour and there was no way to stop it without turning it off, however this would mean turning off the heating. -> The Heating was very dodgy. We would turn the heating down and we would come back to the heating being on 20°C when we'd turned it to 16°C for example. -> The Bathroom sink was chipped, which is not a problem for us, however for children, is not ideal and could lead to injury. -> No instruction manuals for ANY electrical devices were provided. We simply had to experiment with what we knew from our own electrical devices at home. -> The apartments have two security measures. The first measure is a black gate with a lockbox. Due to neighbour issues, this gate was almost never locked and made us all feel very uneasy within the property. The second security measure is a lockbox for the keys to the apartment. This lockbox was dodgy. It would get stuck and refused to open when we put in the code. -> On departure, they asked us to remove all bedding from the beds.

Close to all shopping and nightlife but tucked away and very quiet

Nothing really. Everything was clean and tidy and the communication was great.
