Excellent customer service and hospitality from beginning, comfortable and spacious room, quiet and relaxing, nicely maintained pool and value for money!

nice hotel, kind team, it was under renovations, so would like to try when they are fully operational.

The one problem is stairs up! And a bit morning noise from neighbours.

It had a lovely look.

I think that they need to let people know that there are a lot of stairs - I'm okay but you may get people that cannot walk up such steep stairs. Also the floor in the room was dirty.

A very good location in Ubud suburb of Denpasar. I was received with warm welcome from staff and owners of the property that left me feeling at home. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. My room was spacious and clean (see photo of my villa, just gorgeous). Villa's kitchen serves varied vegans dishes, organic juices and fruits. A nice and clean swimming pool on the property. Many shops and eateries (Vegetarian, Vegans, non-veg) are walking distances, along with Alchemy Yoga Center. On some days there is live singing and music performance from staff.

As I have walking difficulty, there are few stairs/steps to reach the room but still manageable without much effort I would say. Otherwise for a fit person it would be great excuse to burn some calories from Bali's yummy food.
