Overall was the staff, they are all accommodating and kind. Next was, we like our chosen villa, a bit expensive but it was worth it! we didnt get a chance to go around the resort because we maximize our stay but hopefully we can comeback and check other facilities in the resort.

It is not that we did not like, but the food in the buffet doesnt have its wow effect. It has some choices but didnt pass our expectations. I think they can do better with that.

We were very satisfied with our overall experience. Transportation to the island was smooth, well-organized, and on time. The rooms were very clean and beautifully designed. Room service was excellent, and all the staff members were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The food was delicious with a good variety of options. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the team regularly checked in to make sure we were happy and comfortable during our stay. Our honeymoon activities were also planned very nicely, and our requests were always taken into consideration. If we ever come back to the Maldives, we would choose this resort again without any hesitation. We would definitely recommend it to everyone. Having a Turkish-speaking staff member, Ms. Eliza, welcoming us was especially comforting and made our experience even better from the very beginning. We would especially like to thank Ms. Eliza, Mr. Sumantha, Mr. Demish and Mr. Tore from the restaurant team, and Mr. Harun from the dive center also Mr Eshref, who welcomed us at airport for their kindness and hospitality

Our beach villa with pool was amazing. Particularly the bathroom that was exceptional. The food from the buffet restaurant was really good and the meals at the two à la carte restaurants were fantastic. Drinks and cocktails from the bar were of a good standard and the wine served/offered with meals were perfectly acceptable. Every single member of staff was so happy and friendly, all contributing to the overall great experience. The experiences included with the reservation were great. We especially enjoyed the guided snorkelling.

I think some more entertainment in the evenings would be beneficial.

Everything. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The best thing was the house reef and the excursions. We also loved the food especially the Indian station. As the island is not so big the resort was very easily accessible for everything.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom beachfront pool villa and the A/C in the main bedroom was positioned directly over the side of the bed. Which was not ideal. Also a small freezer box in the fridge would be super so that some ice could be kept in it. The other issue was in the restaurant. The chairs when moved always screeched across the floor and the sound was very loud and annoying. My advice is that the chairs need felt feet, so they don’t scratch the floor.

We chose this resort to celebrate my mother’s 69th birthday, and the water villa was the perfect choice for the occasion. We were very satisfied with the food and wine at all three restaurants, and the restaurant and bar staff were consistently friendly and professional. Overall, we had a good experience thanks to the beautiful water villa, the quality of the food and drinks, and the efforts of the staff. I would especially like to mention Restaurant Manager Dinesh and hostess Sia, who truly stood out for their hospitality.

Here is a list of things we did not expect from a 5-star hotel. In my opinion, this is more of a 4-star resort with serious management issues. 1.Our package included a 45-minute massage, but we received only about 30 minutes. I assume they started counting from the moment we entered the spa. 2.The resort advertised a daily entertainment schedule, but none of the activities actually took place during our stay. For two days, I woke up at 6 a.m. for the 7 a.m. yoga class, and the instructor never showed up. They also advertised guitar recitals and live music, but there was no music at the bar or pool at all. I initially thought this was to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, but the constant noise from children at the pool made me wish there had been music instead. I ended up using headphones most of the time. 3.The water sports staff also seemed unavailable frequently. I managed only 10 minutes of canoeing because the staff member left for a break at noon. After that, weather conditions prevented any further activities. Overall, between the bad weather and the low energy of the staff, it felt like everyone at the resort — staff included — was on vacation. 4.What disappointed me even more was the response from management. When I suggested they update the entertainment schedule if activities were not happening, the Entertainment Manager and Fira at reception insisted the activities, including yoga, had taken place and claimed I must have missed them. If the schedule had changed, they should have updated the program accordingly. 5.Finally, my mother was very disappointed during her birthday dinner at the Grill restaurant. The staff sang “Happy Birthday” to another table while completely ignoring her birthday. Later, I learned that a birthday cake required an extra charge, which I did not feel was appropriate after already paying for an all-inclusive package with desserts included. Still, that was no excuse to make her feel ignored and unimportant. Very disappointing.
