peaceful neighbourhood. Villa President Homestay is exceptional! Super spacious 4 rooms suitable for big family. Super-clean house perfect for our family of 8 with 2 kids and a baby. They provided us extra blankets and pillows in every room and a foldable tatami that can be used to sleep on the floor, very thoughtful and perfect for kids. Kitchen appliances and utensils also complete. they have a fridge, air fryer, microwave, portable induction stove with wok as well as coway water dispenser. All rooms have ac, very cooling. Everything is in working condition i have no complains.

We rented the place for our family to attend my brother's graduation at unimap. The house was so clean and comfortable and the best part was it is close (around 5-10mins) to all eateries. Puan Zety was very approachable. Gave me clear instructions about collection of key and things around the house. Please keep up the good work.

"Great and Very clean Homestay with ample facilities."

1) Cleanliness is top-notch. Rare to find a very clean homestay. Kudos to the homestay owner. 2) All available facilities include an air fryer, induction cooker, refrigerator, Coway filtered water, iron etc. 3) Located near Kangar center. 4) Insha Ally will stay at this homestay again when visiting Perlis.

Nothing major. For improvement, the Homestay owner should consider installing curtains for all rooms.
