The clothes dryer not functioning

The flat was pretty much perfect as far as location and facilities are concerned. We had a little difficulty getting the key, as we arrived after dark and struggled to find and operate the lockbox and the outer gate lock, without light. Inside, all was well. The rooms were perfectly adequate and once we found the thermostat, warm. Only comment is that the floor creaks and groans as you walk on it. The bathroom worked, once we found the shower on-switch.

Not that I didn't like, but I didn't expect to receive more messages from Mary during our stay. I hadn't taken my email PC with me, so I didn't get all the messages until we'd returned. We washed up everything we used, but didn't put it away, and I don't think we turned off the stove. Apologies. Only other thing would be an outside light to illuminate the alleyway to the door.

The location was fabulous, close to everything in Headingley. Shower and heating worked perfectly, we were cozy and toasty. It was well equipped for our stay. The hosts made themselves available for all queries and replied to messages very soon. They were extremely accommodating when we needed to stay a bit longer as our car broke down the day we were leaving the property.

It is a bit noisy if you open the windows as it’s next door to a busy and famous pub and on the main road, however it did not affect us much as we were out and about in headingley and the busy pub was an asset and not a detriment to our stay :)

The beds were very comfy, we all had a good nights sleep. The area was good, not too far from the city centre and the bus stop was just outside the property

The kitchen and bathroom needed cleaning before we felt happy using it. The outside gate was difficult to open and no response from hosts when I rang to get help, I found a way in round the back. One keylock box was already open and the other was very difficult to get into and impossible to put the key back when we left. Flats very cold upon arrival and no instructions anywhere to show how to work the heating (did finally get it going by trial and error). 2 radiators not working but fixed promptly by hosts. Lack of kitchen equipment (1 pan, 1 frying pan, 3 teaspoons, no bowls for preparing food, no tea towels in either flat) Dangerous step in Flat 102 when entering property. less than minimal amount of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits (1 for 4 people).
