The property is located at quiet place and closer to Florida road that has all the restaurants.

The place is very clean, there is complimentary laundry that comes in handy when off to run errands or activities , there is a sense of privacy and freedom, you only see a housekeeper if around during the day, otherwise no feeling of being watched or stalked by host. There is care for guests and great facilities.

The only problem is that the driveway is a bit too small, which makes it difficult to leave and come back as that would increases chances of your car scratching.

Noisy. The gate to the unit next door and opposite is very noisy - the neighbors were noisy and came home at 1am - we were getting up early for a race on Sunday so this was rather annoying!
