Hosts are deceiving
One of the worst stays we’ve had, and we travel a lot. They don’t respond like a professional host should. That was our problem when we tried to get access to our stay in a 90* heat with multiple luggage. We’ve 3 vacation rentals also. I could never treat a guest in this manner. The worst thing in this situation was not just letting us get access, but the harassment of checking out and also walking into the unit before our checkout time while my wife and child were getting ready. STAY AWAY. There are plenty of other places that would suit you better
