RAAYA By Atmosphere - Premium All Inclusive with Free Transfers

Raaya staff were very friendly. My partner and I went with a group of 13 other women. We stayed in an over-water bungalow. It was nice, but having the bathroom open to the outdoors was an unexpected feature. I felt like that aspect of the room had me going from outside to inside with sudden temperature changes. We had a pool, which we used and appreciated. The person assigned to clean our room, however, wasn't the most attentive. There were times I wished our refrigerator would have been replenished and our room would have been cleaned. It was mainly due to the humidity and moisture affecting the sheets on the bed. I'm not sure if the bathroom had anything to do with that. We're also used to having top-shelf liquor (at other resorts) without having to pay extra for it. That was a bummer and disappointing. But I suppose that's what happens at all-inclusives, which we rarely stay at. I did enjoy the lap on the island where I got in my miles every morning. Much of the path is shaded, which makes for a nice walk. The restaurants were good. Overall, our stay was good.

I would have appreciated a better breakfast. The eggs Benedict tasted a bit off to me. The bacon, which wasn't served every day, was not well-cooked. There wasn't a lot of consistency from day to day. I wish the gentleman who cleaned our room had been a bit more attentive.

Tolle Anlage. Sehr grün und gepflegt. Nettes Personal und eine tolle Villa mit Pool und gutem Service im Haus.

Essen ist nicht außergewöhnlich. Es gibt im All-day Restaurant kein Konzept, dass man ein vollwertiges Gericht selbst kreieren kann. Die a la Carte Restaurants sind sehr gut, aber auch nicht außergewöhnlich. Kinderkarte ist sehr klein mit wenig gesunden Optionen. Bzgl Kinder: Das Angebot ist so lala. Daher werden wir nicht nochmals kommen. Der Spielplatz ist zwar da aber es fehlt an Abkühlung/ Schatten oder etwas mit Wasser. Die Rutsche ist nicht im Schatten und heiß. Auch am Kinderpool fehlt es an einer Pumpe, Rutsche oder Wasserspielen, damit die Kinder Mal länger für sich beschäftigt sind. Der KidsClub hat auch nur innen wirklich etwas zu bieten

Hotel jest nowy. Piekna plaża, Palmy, Willa

El hotel se encuentra en una isla espectacular. El color de la arena y el agua hacen que sea un lugar de película. A la llegada, todo el proceso de check in fue muy rápido y pudimos entrar a la habitación antes de hora. Mi pareja es intolerante al gluten, fueron especialmente cuidadosos y amables con esto. El complejo se ve muy limpio y cuidado. Se respira tranquilidad. La mayoría del personal es muy amable e intenta ayudar en todo momento.

Hubo varios puntos que creo que deberían mejorar sobre todo cuando pagas 800 euros por noche. - Debería haber más almohadas en la habitación, eran realmente incomodas. - Hay bicicletas por el recinto, pero siempre que querías usar una nunca había disponibles. Creo que deberían tener muchas mas para poder sacarle mas partido. - En el restaurante principal, la comida se siente repetitiva y falta un punto de emoción por querer ir a comer. La comida india estaba muy buena, pero el resto era de una calidad mucho menor. - Hay otros 3 restaurantes. Sólo probamos uno y no nos gustó. Tienes que reservar para poder ir a comer/cenar que se hace a través de una app. En el momento que abrimos la app la primera vez, ya no había prácticamente opciones disponibles. Nos echaron de uno de esos restaurantes con la mayoría de mesas vacías por no tener reserva sin ofrecer una solución, simplemente aquí no puedes cenar. Escribimos a nuestro anfitrión para solicitar reserva en uno de esos restaurantes y no hubo respuesta por su parte. En general, parece un sistema bastante mediocre. No deberías tener que preocuparte por estas cosas en unas vacaciones en un todo incluido en las Maldivas. - Desde mucho antes de llegar al resort, avisamos de que queríamos salir del hotel lo más tarde posible, esto se repitió durante diversos canales de comunicación. Antes de la cena del día de antes, nos avisaron que nos iríamos en el primer hidroavión. Esto supuso una visita a la recepción y una discusión para poder cambiar el horario de vuelta. Al final se cambió, pero sorprende la falta de anotación de preferencias de los huéspedes. - Pedimos un coco natural que estaban promocionando y nos quisieron cobrar 7 dólares. Nos pareció tan sorprendente que cambiamos de idea y pedimos un mocktail. Vaso de plástico viejo, dos hielos y zumo de bote. Es realmente indignante que pagues un todo incluido y no tengan un poco mas de cuidado al detalle con la gente que no bebe alcohol.

Hôtel à la décoration épurée très classe. Un service irréprochable. Le pilotis avec piscine était vraiment extra. Nourriture très variée et qualitative et enfin les sorties et spa extras

Pour dire quelque chose les plaques de chaleur dans le restaurant principal fonctionnait moyen et souvent la nourriture très bonne était tiède et non chaude c’est dommage. Et la sortie bateau pour le solide il couchant moyenne . Tout le reste était magique.

The island is amazing, nature is stunning, resort is very beautiful and staff - very friendly. We took several snorkelling tours - they were really worth the price (and the guides were awesome). We really enjoyed our villas and the beach next to them. The food in a la carte restaurants was amazing, the food in the main restaurant was high quality and really tasty, but lacked variety.

Pool bar/restaurant service was very slow (we waited for an hour to get a pizza), tables by the pool were not cleaned for hours, kitchen working hours were very short. Also in the all inclusive package you should be getting a la carte restaurant dining experience every day as well as several boat trips. We were only able to get one dinner and 3 lunches in a la carte restaurants (which were, by the way amazing), but were expecting to get 6 dinners. We also didn't get a promised fishing trip (we were told that it was sort of bundled with sunset trip, but no fishing happened during that trip). So there were few disappointments as well.
