La spiaggia di quest’isola è sicuramente stupenda, ampia e ben tenuta. Camera e aree comuni belle.

Avendo già soggiornato presso altri resort del gruppo Atmosphere, devo fare delle annotazioni che non mi hanno soddisfatto del tutto. Pur avendo lasciato la camera anche alle 5 p.m. la nostra stanza non è MAI stata rifatta alla sera, durante l’intera settimana di soggiorno. E pur avendo chiesto di prenotare 2 volte l’escursione di snorkeling alla nostra referente questa non ci ha risposto.

Deutliche Schwächen: extrem langsamer/in­konsistenter Getränkeservice in allen Restaurants, Wasser wurde eigentlich nur von Mo nachgefüllt, den anderen Kellnern musste man nachlaufen. Mizaj & Village Restaurant enttäuschend und wenig authentisch, Sonderwünsche ignoriert. Beschwerden führten zu konfrontativem Verhalten von Host und Managern, das mir nach einer Woche noch unangenehm im Magen liegt. Fahrräder, WLAN, App und Shuttles stark vernachlässigt. Müllverbrennungsanlage nahe unserer Villa führte zu starkem Gestank alle paar Tage und machte die Villa temporär unbewohnbar, da die Abgase ins Haus zogen. Insgesamt schöne Natur, aber operativ und service­seitig klar unter den Erwartungen bei einer Preisklasse von >1000€/Nacht

Beautiful modern, clean new hotel resort. Our water villa was perfect as well. Our room attendant (Rezimeen) was very lovely and took a great care of us. There was also very lovely waitress (Sangita) at the beautiful Amper Sand restaurant. The included 45 massage was great as well.

The resort was very big, in a way it was a mass tourism. The personal private touch was missing. Before you come, you should already pre book the restaurants and trips - nothing was available. After asking many times, our personal assistant (Rahim) said, he can do it for us if we are unable. :) He was not really interested, or motivated to organise anything for us, it was quite chaotic. Once he came to our dinner and when the waitress brought the menu, he wanted us to write a review right now and wait while eating. We booked some included trips, it was nothing special. We always went 5 min with the boat with 40 other tourists. The highlight was the snorkeling trip. We just entered the boat, they told, we should put on the gear if we want to snorkel longer, after 5 min we arrived and they said quickly jump to the ocean if you want to snorkel longer. We snorkeled 15 min, there was actually nothing spectacular to see and they said it was over. Back to the boat. The trips are a waste of time and it's nicer to just enjoy the resort. If you really want to snorkel and see the fishes, it's not the right choice. There are many hotels with housereef where you can snorkel all day long, anytime you want and see a lot. The buffet was ok, but we would expect more choice if they have many tourists. If the buffet was good enough, maybe the restaurant would not be overbooked. Maledivian cousines were missing. If you wanted to order drinks at the buffet or especially at the pool, you had to wait super long and come to the staff yourself. The last day was my boyfriends birthday and I asked if they could prepare a little cake with a candle for him for breakfast. They said yes, they will decorate the table. We came and there was a white tablecloth and one red tissue in the shape of the heart. That was all. No cake or candle came. I think it doesn't cost much to give anything, even a muffin with a candle and write with a chocolate happy birthday. So disappointing.

Artificial island, zero wildlife in the sea. Horrible rocks surrounding the island completely kill the "Maldives" atoll experience. Poor room cleaning service.
