LUThe host was very kind and she stayed in contact with us prior our arrival to make sure everything would have been going well. she helped us with the parking.. we had 3 cars. the apartment is real in the city center, walking distance from the hot spots of Parma comfortable beds
it's a bit noisy during the night and early in the morning being at the ground floor. we couldn't find the adapters to use the kettle and the toaster, one of the shower was broken (but apparently the host will repair it soon.)
GBThis apartment was excellent - clean, well equipped and spacious. The location was ideal for exploring Parma and we had a fantastic stay. Bianca was so helpful and informative. We felt very well supported.
