Orange Apartments Polmuir Gardens Only 7 minutes to City Centre

Location, parking, spacious and clean.

Only 4 towels for 5 people, shower in en suite thermostat broken so no hot water, only seating for 4 in living area, all cupboards in kitchen full soo nowhere to store food.

Lovely & spacious, especially with children. Good location, very close to Duthie park.

The bath really needs unblocked. The heating isn’t fantastic. The “hot” water in the showers doesn’t seem to work, which isn’t ideal when you’ve got young children. The light in the double bedroom doesn’t work. The cleaning needs to be reviewed as there were certain areas I’m sure were missed before our arrival. Bathrooms could do with a good scrub, including shower heads/sinks & taps. A couple of lights in the kitchen need the wee clips put back in so they aren’t hanging out. Sofas are needing replace, which I accept isn’t an easy fix with costings, but they are extremely uncomfortable, very low & one side is burst so you’re basically on the floor. The material isn’t the best especially if you are dog friendly. Doors are very noisy, but I assume that’s throughout the whole block as you could hear others banging at all hours. Hallway was very smelly.

Very modern place with excellent fittings. Rooms were spacious and in very quite neighbourhood. Beds are comfortable and we really enjoyed the space. When we wanted to extend our stay, our host gave us a bigger place for the same price.

Location, easy to access and had all we needed

Property is located very close to city centre and hardly at all walks way give you access into pretty much all great spots

Only thing I didn’t liked as the arrangement of amnesties or consumables like soaps , shower gels etc …
