The apartment was delightful. It felt like staying in a friend's home with all the amenities you'd hope for from someone taking care of your stay. Accessing the place was super easy - as soon as we sent our document details, the host gave us information to access the room. We were able to park for free right outside the building, and the lock box was visible at the front of the building. Instructions were clear and accurate. There are a ton of cafes within walking distance, and the Jarun kayak lake (the purpose of our visit) was just a 10 minute stroll down the street from the apartment. Trams were also practically on the doorstep for exploring more of Zagreb.
