Cleanliness, the overall state of property. Clearly ignored. Garden with weeds and rubbish.

"Was ok, although will not stay again"

The location was ok,

The rooms are well in need of paint and decorate. The ceiling look like they need a skim, beds are uncomfortable, place didn't look clean and even people's out of date food left in the fridge. The bedroom draw had tin foil in it and loads of rotten bits in it. The curtains look like they need a wash and re hanging

The double bed was 2 singles put together and very uncomfortable.. the toilet was absolutely filthy.. the sink had not even been cleaned and whole toilet smelled like urine.. the wardrobe is literally falling over if you touch it.. other people staying in the place casually in there rooms with there doors open! Felt unsafe..
