Even with Sat Nav, entrance from main road was not clear enough, circled the area 3 times, then took a chance on driving into private driveway👍. Could do with name Sandown written on curb side pillars as we were expecting next left turn to be a street or road,

Broken internal steps (dangerous) Flies in the kitchen window (lots) Not enough seating in lounge for all members of our group. No contact number for hosts when their was an issue

Quite a few cobwebs in the property.

Property was warm with good facilities for our family. Nice separate shower and bath facility. 3 toilets which is great. Plenty of soaps and toilet rolls and milk in fridge for us on arrival.

Neighbour “Karen” launched into us before we even got out of our car. Very uncomfortable. House is slightly further out of town than we imagined and we didn’t feel comfortable walking to and from town in the dark but we used Uber and that was fine. Living room plants are very dusty if you have asthma. We were unable to contact owners very easily at check in but all was resolved when they did get back to us.

Beautiful location, presented well and really cozy with the best views.

Location excellent with views over the River Dee and only half a mile from the railway station. A but further out from the city centre but still fairly central.

Would have preferred a lighter duvet option , I found the 13.5 tog far too warm for the season.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable home from home cottage. Well equipped and in a great a location. Lovely views over the river Dee from the terrace and a short walk to the city centre.

Nothing, everything was spot on.
