Cosy 19th century two bedroomed home with available parking

Lovely clean comfortable house. The house was really well equipped, it had everything you could want and more! The hosts communications were friendly and helpful and the house was very festively decorated for our Bath christmas market stay. Easy parking and a perfect location near city center and supermarket.

It was a beautiful cosy cottage perfectly situated for the Christmas Markets.

Helpful and welcoming host. Gorgeous home - beautifully presented. Lots of nice small touches (bottle of Prosecco waiting in the fridge). Easy walk into the center of town. Easy parking right outside house.

The decor was stunning. This property was super clean and included everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was great with central Bath and a huge Sainsburys within minutes walk.

The stairs up to the bedrooms but this comes with a home of this era.

Fantastically helpful host (Malcolm) - he arranged on-street parking permit for us, and kindly let us into the property early so that we could get ready for the wedding we were going to. Lovely breakfast of croissants provided, along with orange juice, milk and a bottle of prosecco - all much appreciated ! Lovely house - beautifully decorated and super-comfy.

Very clean & comfortable house. Easy parking outside house. Trip was enjoyable & will definitely use again if in the area.

Plant of space, nice outdoor area and a washing machine were all great to have.

Rooms were unbearably hot when we checked in and there is no A/C and no fans available. By night it had cooled somewhat with the windows open but was still quite stuffy and uncomfortable. I contacted management, had to leave a message, and asked for a call back. They never called but eventually emailed saying to simply open the windows (I’d figured that much out already…). The “continental breakfast” included was a bag of prepackaged croissants with marmalade and butter - that was it. Overall overpriced for what you got.

Loved everything! We were kept informed about our arrival process, hey retrieval etc by Malcolm right from the time of booking! The cottage was in a great area of Bath, only a 10-15 minute walk into town The cottage was very well appointed and had a gorgeous garden to relax in! Woukd highly recommend to others!

We stayed for just one night, but everything exceeded our expectations. The house was exceptionally clean, full of charm, and perfectly located—just a 10-minute walk from the thermal spa. We especially enjoyed spending the evening relaxing in the beautiful garden. The location couldn’t have been better—10 out of 10!
