Great Choice and Restful 3BR Marina Ancol Apartment By Travelio

The check in instructions were terrible and the taxi driver couldn't find the location until we were messaged a name to put into Google maps. The air con barely worked and we could only have some of the units running so it didn't blow the fuse, so it was too hot to sleep. There was no WiFi (we had to work remotely) despite being advertised as WiFi and data barely worked on our phones either to hot spot. It took over 24 hours to hear back from them when we wanted to check out early and they lied and said they'd contacted us multiple times via email and phone, neither was true. They never turned up to allow us to check out. It wasn't clean and smelt bad, the air con dripped onto the bathroom floor leaving it flooded. Would not recommend!!
