Property does not have the amenities as described and the property manager mislead the check in times. The apartment also did not have a functional air conditioner or Wifi. When we booked the apartment through booking.com we were to list our preferred check in time. I placed our preferred check in time at 11:00. I understand this is a preferred time and not guaranteed. The property managers contacted me via booking.com that are preferred time was accepted. Once we arrived the room was not ready and check in was pushed back to 14:30. When we entered the apartment it was HOT. I attempted to turn on the air conditioner unit but only the fan worked blowing warm air. I noticed the condenser never would turn on. I notified property management and they said it should work. I sent pictures of the controller and they said give it time. I contacted them throughout the stay and they only replied it should work. It never worked and there was never an effort to check out the unit. This was torture as is was 32 C/ 90 F. The final incovience was the Wifi was not working. I messaged the property manager of this concern. Their reply was: "hi, I warned you on booking that I was having problems with the internet and that they would resolve it within a few days, try restarting it in an hour as I called support first" This response was confusing to me as I never discussed Wifi with the property manager (Vincenzo) prior to the reservation or arriving to the apartment. It was listed in the amenities so I assumed it was functional. I have stayed in nearly 15 apartments through airbnb which, this appears to be an airbnb listed through booking.com. Each of these places ranged from fine to outstanding but, the listed amenities were always correct and the property managers addressed concerns. This is the first time amenities were wrong and the property manager did not care to address.

Very good location at the heart of Capri. Room was clean and comfortable. Host replies fast.

There are many many stairs to get to the room. Very difficult trip carrying a luggage. The shower is not the best.

First time you need to look a bit for the location. Host really did his best sending videos. Once you know where it is, it’s actually a great location.

Overall, the space was perfect for one night for a couple. There was so much to do in the area and the location was great. Our host was good with communication.

The water is a little finicky so we lost it for about 30 minutes.
