The house is big and spacious, and the inner yard looks really fun, even if we could not use it in November. The location is right next to the Brighton pier. There were noises and sounds during the night, but I do not blame the owners for those.

I'm baffled how such a house can be without a microwave oven, but it is not included in the description of the house, so it is not that it was deceitful.

Central location

Dirty streets. Both the main back door and door to the balcony were unlocked on arrival.

Very clean. Great location.

Nothing

Location good though a bit noisy with Morrisons delivery lorries on one side early in the morning and drag bar open until late on the other. Not a big problem though - handy to have a supermarket so close. Easy walk to everything. It was very clean inside and kitchen equipment met our needs. Entry process very good and felt safe.

It is a bit battered decor-wise. Missing one lampshade on the living room lights. No bedside light in the loft room which was dangerous if you got up to use the bathroom in the night as the light switch was at the top of the stairs. In the garden one of the benches had a badly broken slat with sharp splinters which could have cut people. Also in the garden a picture that needs removing as it is significantly weather damaged. Plus lots of weeds. Those things make the garden look un-cared for. The labelling needs updating to look a bit more modern and we couldn't find the house instruction folder that was supposed to be there somewhere on the shelves.

Liegt perfekt nahe Pier und Zentrum! Nett eingerichtetes Haus mit 3 Stockwerken und einem kleinen, schattigen Innenhof sowie Balkon. Unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken. Gastgeber haben online auf Fragen schnell und professionell reagiert.

Einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden ist nicht leicht; die Kurzparkzone in der Straße selbst für Ein- und Ausladen fast immer verparkt.
