Crow’s Nest, Central New Forest coastal village beach apartment

Nicely furnished, good location.

Was pretty cold at times. No logs for log burner. No loo roll at all. No cleaning cloths etc. Dishwasher was disgusting, black mildew all over the inside with an awful smell. Which was mentioned by others dating back to February 2025. Cutlery, plates, cups , pots etc all dirty and needed washing before use to avoid myself and my children from potentially getting food poisoning or other sickness. Water pressure was a joke, shower kept changing from dangerously hot to freezing cold. Couldn’t run a bath as it would take a week to fill up. Key lock would be better situated by the front door instead of having to play treasure hunt in the dark whilst raining heavily to find the key. Needless to say we were all drenched by the time we got in. Internet/wi-fi more or less nonexistent as was mobile signal.

The place was lovely for our weekend away, plenty of room. The parking clock was a good bonus as allowing us to park throughout the new forest. The equipment for the baby was a lovely surprise. Stairgates available and toys for our little girl to play with.

The water pressure in the bathroom wasn't great. The dishwasher hasn't been used or cleaned for a while and some black mould was visible inside.

Very nice and a bit quirky two bedroom appartement, kitchen is well equipped, appartement is very spacious. Location is central in Milford close to shops and 10 minute walk to the sea. Travel cot and high chair available

Shower temperature was a bit hard to adjust. In the evenings music from the downstairs pub was very loud, but only until around 10..

Tolle Lage direkt über einer Bäckerei

Extra Bettwäsche fürs zweite Schlafzimmer war nicht hergerichtet (weil nur für 2 Personen gebucht wurde), wir wollten aber zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer. Im vorab am besten dazu sagen, wenn man beide Betten bezogen haben möchte.

Eine liebevolle, süße und etwas andere Unterkunft mit zentraler Lage und herrlichen Bäckerei direkt darunter.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und gemütlich, die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Wir schätzten die Lage im Dorfzentrum und die nahe gelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Strand war zudem in 10 Minuten Gehdistanz erreichbar.

Die Wohnung ist mit viel Dekoraktionsgegenständen eingerichtet, so dass es schwierig ist, sie sauber zu halten. Auch die Küche hat viele Extras, welche nicht alle einwandfrei bereitgestellt werden können.
