Location! Secluded, but still close to everything you need. About an hour & a half drive to either Savannah or Charleston. 15 minutes from Hunting Beach Park, pass included with rental! Great view over the marsh, especially watching the sun rise. Owner went the extra mile to make our stay memorable.

Breakfast was freshly baked goods which were delicious.

This is a minor suggestion: We would have liked plain coffee for the Keurig instead of flavored coffee.
