ทำเลที่ตั้งที่พักดีใกล้จุดรับส่งสาธารณะ ท่าเรือ และร้านอาหารมากมาย ที่พักมีพื้นที่ใช้สอยกว้างขวาง ห้องนอนนอนสบายมีอุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวก มีกาแฟเเคปซูลไว้ให้ชงดื่ม อุปกรณ์เครื่องครัวค่อนข้างครบ Host ให้ผู้ช่วยมาต้อนรับก่อนเวลาเช็คอินเพื่อให้ฝากกระเป่าไว้ก่อนได้ และอธิบายการเช็คอิน เช็คเอาท์ไว้ชัดเจน ภาพรวมชอบบรรยากาศริมหน้าต่างทั้งตอนกินข้าวเช้าและกลับมาพักผ่อนที่ห้องตอนเย็นๆ

สิ่งที่รู้สึกไม่ถูกใจคือห้องอาบน้ำโซนที่เป็นฝักบัวค่อนข้างเล็กไปหน่อย และระบบทำน้ำร้อนหลังจากแก้ไขตามที่ host แจ้งแล้ว ช่วงเช้ายังมีปัญหาเดิมที่น้ำไม่ร้อนจะต้องกดปรับที่เครื่องทำความร้อนทุกครั้งที่เข้าไปอาบน้ำ

The location was perfect, the apartment was very nice and clean.

There was no hot water in the apartment. We tried to restart the boiler more times, but it stopped working after 1 or 2 minutes every time.

Loved the location and comfortable beds

The water in the shower was a little tricky to get warm sometimes

We just stayed for 3 nights at this great apartment in beautiful Como. The location was so convenient. It is close to the train and ferries and town. The apartment was big and clean and comfortable and it had the most beautiful views from the balcony. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the balcony in the morning as well as wine and cheese on the balcony in the evening while we watched the sun set. It was the perfect location and set up for our visit to Lake Como. But best of all was the superior hospitality extended by Anna. She is so caring and responsive and hospitable. I researched long and hard while planning our Italian adventure. I was pleased to find this gem. This was the best decision I made.

The view and location were amazing . The beds were comfortable. Anna was lovely and met us early and allowed us to access before the designated time.

There was no light in the kitchen and the hot water didn’t stay on. We offered this feedback to the agent and were told they were already aware of the issue. Disappointing they had not told us to be aware of these problems.

Anna hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns alle relevanten Informationen gegeben. Die Lage ist top, die Wohnung gross und komfortabel. Die Garage war im Preis inbegriffen. Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen :)

Great location with amazing views and very convenient

Hot water system not working, no microwave or dishwasher
