Bro can you send me my money back , I’ll complain against you guys , after going there I’m getting sick ,

Beer bottles everywhere, they’re drinking beer or smoke everywhere, inside the room ash . And the behaviour, I’m a girl , I’m sick

I looked at the room upon arrival at this "hotel" which is really a dirty dump and never even checked in. Oyo refuses to admit a refund because they are a thieving company which fraudulently "checked me in" and claim I stayed there. Upon asking them what ID proof had they collected from me, they disconnected my call. I would urge people to never stay at a hotel O or Oyo or any of the oyo branded hotels.

The rooms which I saw upon arrival were filthy

THERE WAS NO CLEANLINESS EITHER IN THE ROOM OR THE COMMON AREAS. THE ROOM HAD COBWEBS AND HAD NOT BEEN SWEEPED PROPERLY. THE WINDOW PANES HAD DIRT. THE TAPS IN THE BATHROOM WERE BROKEN. LOT OF NOISE AS THE HOTEL IS ON A BUSY STREET AND ROOMS WERE NOT SOUND PROOF

Nothing except close to airport

Ecvrrything else was crap. On top of it u haven’t received 20% gratification wallet allowance from booking

not clean , and smoky smell in hotel

When i reached jaipur i booked this hotel with booking.com but when i reached there….. the staff and owner deny for online bookings they told me that they accept only offline booking not online with high price.

Poor housekeeping and some basic things is missing like low light bulb and some others. Overall not bad but not excellent. 6 out of 10

Location near to airport

Not clean, spider webs huge, pillow cover not clean, water leaking etc

Eventhough I'd booked and also called the hotel 3 times for arrangement and talked with the staff beforehand when I got there, they said no tourists and that it's only for Indians. This is careless, Why it was not mentioned before I arrive! I chose 4 only for (maybe) politeness
