Location is perfect! Free car parking! The property is spacious enough + terrace with outdoor furniture

1 - just a day before the arrival I was informed about a safety deposit of EUR 300! I had to transfer to the property owner's bank account! 2 - The property is old fashioned and the smell of old stuff everywhere inside the property is highly unpleasant! The bed linnen smelled terrible, it was unpleasant to sleep - I didn't want to take off my clothes to slip into the bed :( 3 - We stayed in Winter (December 31st) and it was too cold to sleep without any duvet, just with a thin blanket 4 - My husband saw a cockroach under the buffet :(

How close it was to everything

As it is winter found it was cold inside couldn’t find any heat

It’s location is great right in the middle of the old town and new town.

It was clean but very dated would benefit from a refurbishment

Location and car parking is second to none.

Communication with the owner wasn’t great on leaving details to get into the property. She wanted €300 putting into a Lithuania account for damages, never been asked that before and didn’t pay either. Very dated property as well.

Very well located, really close to the beach and a lot of shops around, well equipped we really enjoyed.
