"賑やかな博多の雰囲気が味わえるホテル"

ロケーションが良い。設備は清潔。フロントの対応は的確で、2階にあるところはマイナスだがセキュリティが良い点で相殺。車で到着してチェックインしたが手際よく案内してもらえて助かった。部屋は清潔で行き届いている。バスルームはお風呂が和式でバスタブ外で身体が洗えるのは良い。 博多グルメが楽しめる外食レストランが徒歩数分圏内に多くあるのは良い。

部屋は26m2とあったが狭く感じる。ベッドもふつうのシングルベッドなのに通路が狭い。電灯のon/offがちょっと分かりにくかった。 朝食の内容は悪くないが特筆できる要素がない。注文出来る4種のメニューが「目玉」なのかも知れないが、好みのものがなかったので注文しなかった。注文した人に感想を聞いたが「普通」という反応だった。朝食会場が狭く混んでくると受付の女性が早く終わって出ろと言わんばかりの「お願い」をして回るのはどうなのだろう？　安物のフードコートみたいに注文料理が出来上がったときに鳴らされるビービー音があちこちでけたたましく鳴り響いて落ち着いて食事が出来る環境ではなかった。
