"Comfortable, spacious and fully equipped."

The property was fabulous, it was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, near enough to pubs, bars and restaurants and just far enough that it was peaceful at night.

Great location very close to beach and Tapas alley. Very clean and everything we needed for a short break with family. Quiet at night. Air conditioning worked well as we needed a bit of heat at this time of the year. Already booked for another weekend in November!

"Everything you need, modern comfortable apartment, 200m from the beach and next to the old town."

Apartment was nicely done up. 2 friends and myself stayed for 3 nights in November for the Benidorm half marathon race. Apartment was very comfortable for the 3 of us. Had aircon and heating.

Small points if we were a bigger group or staying longer, could have done with more towels just 1 shower towel and 1 hand towel each. We asked for more toilet paper and this was provided no problem. Says apartment sleeps up to 8 people but if there was 8 staying there the louge only has a sofa for a max of 3 people and a table which i think had 6 chairs. There was a green grocer shop on the road outside the double non ensuite room , my friend said each morning she was woken up really early from the loud voices coming from the shop so maybe take earplugs if you are a light sleeper. A couple of outdoor chairs wouldn't go a miss on the balcony Would still mark as 20 though for a group of 3 friends it was perfect.

A warm welcome from Mercedes the cleaner and lots of messages beforehand with the owner who gave us all the information we needed for a smooth arrival and it was a lovely modern apartment with all the facilities needed! Would definately recommend.

The property is located close to old town, the apartment is very clean and modern and very secure. Plenty of space for our family and it is very child safe. Host was easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay again.

Didn’t get any sun on our balcony. But didn’t stop us from enjoying our morning coffee outside.
