Cal Kim is a very nice human being. I would give an excellent rating, but this is not a 4 or 5 star hotel. However it is a clean, comfortable stay for about 50 Euros a nite. I had full kitchen privileges and my wife and I really enjoyed our conversations with Mr. Kim. The grocery store with food and other supplies is just around the corner. So is the Enllac train station. Hard to beat the price and the circular marble stairway to his upstairs belongs in a museum, it is beautiful. Much to be enjoyed and Martorell is a quaint place. The cafeteria place downtown has excellent food.

Friday night the natives got restless and had a great time at their festivities. However, I had an early morning train to catch, and it was a little hard to sleep.

We really loved the room that we rented. It had large windows and there was a small balcony with morning sun. The outside of the property has large beautiful trees and gardens with much potential. Great location within walking distance of shopping and town center. We enjoyed being able to use the kitchen and everything was comfortable. Definitely will return.

Really friendly owner. No issues storing my bicycle safely inside. Spotlessly clean. I would happily stay here again.

The room is exactly the same as pictures; clean, cosy, comfortable and private. The place itself is situated at a nice 10 min walk from the main train station that connects to Barcelona. There is a nice terrace and garden to chill and relax. Kitchen has all the accessories for the cooking and in general you will feel comfortable staying there. The host was nice and friendly. I would highly recommend it.

There is a portable air-conditioner for which you have to keep the window a little bit open for the exhaust. It was not a huge issue though, it was still able to keep the room cool which is a big plus in summer.
