Die Lage war perfekt & das es zwei Pools gab war ebenfalls toll. Einer unten und ein Whirlpool auf dem Dach. Beim Pool unten hatte man am Tag jedoch maximal 2-3 Stunden Sonne. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns nach unserer ‚Beschwerde‘ einen kostenlosen Transfer zum Flughafen angeboten. Eine Teilerstattung haben sie jedoch abgelehnt.

Es gab erheblichen Schimmel Befall in der Unterkunft, die Glasfront konnte man nicht abschließen und es waren dauerhaft Spalte von 5cm geöffnet, weshalb einige Tiere wie Mücken, Krebse und Gekos ins Wohnzimmer kamen. Zudem konnte man die Tür zum Garten abschließen, die Villa selber allerdings nicht. Aus dem Aspekt hat man tatsächlich nicht wirklich sicher gefühlt.

The home was actually stunning. The sunken lounge was actually comfortable (so many of them in bali look pretty, but theyre not comfortable to lie and relax in). The dining table is large and the entire down stairs is lit up and bright. I asked for a refund because of the construction and the host immediatley agreed to a full refund, so i ended up staying because i loved and appreciated the customer service. The rooms are big, large and spacious and we had a great sleep in the beds. The home is really really really beautiful.

There was construction surrounding the entire villa. Which would start from 8am in the morning and go until 830pm at night. If youre a tanner, the pool gets limited to no sunshine.

location super prime, walking to most places. staff was responsive. they cleaned everyday. wifi is good.

Shower was weak pressure, shower was flooded into the room and beneath the sink, all bathroom wet everytime i shower, there is a MAJOR construction in front of villa and rooms so they dont stop working on weekends, and work at early sunrise and throughout the night pass 8pm. I had to go out and speak to the workers to stop working. Owner did not inform us in advance there is on going construction which was not ethical. quality of construction is low end. no safe box. no amenities inside bathrooms like toothpaste, etc. exterior building needs to be repainted.

Nice location

Dirty, maybe cuz there’s construction all around. But the things were dirty too, for eg, there’s a room that is badly moldy as you can smell the musky smell from far. The containers that were holding the soaps were moldy as well.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a grocery store around the corner. Unfortunately, the host’s service was disappointing. We booked a three-bedroom villa and requested an additional single bed, which they promptly charged us for. However, the bed wasn’t set up upon arrival, and the villa was still being cleaned at 2 PM. Only one cleaner was present, working until 3:30 PM. Despite initially refusing to set up the extra bed, they finally did so after 4 PM. Check-in, scheduled for 2 PM, was delayed because the villa was extremely dirty and remained unready until well after the designated time.

The service left much to be desired. Cleaning was consistently late, and one day the staff skipped cleaning entirely despite one of the rooms being occupied. They left the villa without even checking in with us. Construction work continued until past 8 PM daily, and every room faces the construction site. The lack of privacy was concerning, as the construction crew could easily see into the pool, living areas, and all bedrooms, requiring us to keep all curtains closed at all times. While the villa has been fantastically renovated, it suffers from poor maintenance. Several issues arose during our stay: the bathroom door handle in the ground-floor bedroom came off, the bathroom door in the living area didn’t close properly, and the shower head sprayed water everywhere, making it difficult to use comfortably.

Such a funky design! We loved the layout of this place, very appropriate for a child-free group to enjoy the local area of Canggu. So comfortable, accommodating and equiped for a beautiful Bali holiday!
