AG Hotels & Suites

We had 3 different receptionist on our stay amd they were all lovely. They were very professional, friendly and welcoming. Aside the terrible breakfast service which I personally don't mind because I prefer heavier breakfast anyway, I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely go back on my next trip to Accra. It's also a short distance to the airport so quite convenient.

The breakfast was not good and there was a "breakfast warden" making sure you behave. They also run out of.brakfats early so we didn't get breakfast for 2 of the 3 days we stayed.

Most of the staff was great

I choose this hotel because it has a pool BUT everyday I was told it would be ready tomorrow and for 2weeks tomorrow NEVER came. No variety on menu. The rooms are terrible

Location was great

The mattresses were awful. I did not have a good night sleep on either of the days I stayed. The toilet had not seat. The tv only had 3 working channels. No tea making facilities in the room except a kettle. No internal security lock on the door. Bathroom door had missing glass meaning you can see through. Wall mirror was broken. Room given looked nothing like the picture.

Very understanding people, when you have an issue of money, they find a solution to make you feel better and resolve them out of stress.

The staff were great, very polite and accommodating, particularly the kitchen staff. I felt safe and comfortable staying there, would recommend.
