Personale molto attento e disponibile ad aiutarci per ogni esigenza. Molto professionale. Colazione abbondante e molto varia...molto apprezzata. Riad pulito ed accogliente all interno della medina di fez. Consigliato.

"Very helpful hosts and a beautiful rooftop terrace with panorama view"

The hosts were very welcoming and eager to help. They did everything in their could to accomodate our arrivals and departures and gave us tips for traveling around Fes. The rooftop has an amazing view over the whole city and is a must for anyone staying here.

If we could express a single point of improvement, we were not expecting to have the room at the base floor, so that required a little getting used to, but the streets quiet down at night so that wasn't really an issue after all.

The staff were incredible! They were so lovely picking us up from where our tour group dropped us and also taking us to the airport at the end of the trip. They even packed us breakfast to go for one of the days where we had an early start. The property itself was clean and in a very convenient location. Would definitely recommend.
