The staff was wonderful. Many thanks for the excellent service from the cleaning lady, Majid and the two Said’s. The toilet in Room 4 is leaking clean water. The flush mechanism is sticky and needs to be examined.

The location was great to walk everywhere we needed! It was a little hard to get our luggage in and out through the narrow alleys but the hotel is actually very ready and willing to assist us with moving luggage and that makes it perfect! The rooms and bathrooms and public areas were clean and they greeted us with a beautiful tea service when we arrived and when we were waiting before leaving. The absolute best part was the hosts of the Riad who gave us advice on absolutely anything we needed. From luggage, to local guide, to maps, and to advice and recommendations about anything. They went above and beyond to help us with everything and more than anything that’s what would make me come back! I felt like I could breathe easy and trust them with anything.

Das Riad war sehr hübsch und gepflegt, in jeder Etage 1 Zimmer. Said und Majid waren überaus freundlich, bemüht und zuvorkommend .Das Frühstückszimmer fast ganz oben auf dem Dach sehr nett mit viel Licht. Kühlschrank konnte genutzt werden ,um Eigenes unterzustellen. Guter Kontakt per whattsapp mit den jungen Männern bereits im Voraus. Abholung vom Parkplatz, da es in der Medina verwirrend sein kann.

Im Bad keine Ablagemöglichkeit, Betten für uns zu hart, Pflanzen aud dem Rooftop wären schöner wenn sie jemand mal gießen würde. Beim Frühstück wäre etwas Salziges nett, Salami oder Feta z.B. Alles unwichtige Kleinigkeiten!!!

Erg centraal gelegen en het personeel deed alles om het bezoek goed te maken! Ook hebben ze veel contacten en regelen ze alle excursies die je wilt. Fijn dat je er kon eten en drinken, was niet duur. Ontbijt was inclusief en lekker. Dicht bij de markt waar je alles kan vinden.

Zelfstandig op pad is lastig door de vele straatjes en google maps die daar niet werkt. Maar daar kan het hotel natuurlijk niets aan doen.

Riad bello e caratteristico. I ragazzi dello staff sono molto cortesi e disponibili. Ci hanno organizzato il transfert dall’aeroporto e ci sono venuti a prendere nel luogo in cui il taxi ci ha lasciato. Abbiamo usufruito della cena ed era molto buona ed abbondante. La posizione è ottima per girare la Medina.

Il riad è molto bello e pulito, esattamente come nelle foto. I ragazzi che lo gestiscono sono estremamente disponibili e sia la colazione che la cena erano davvero ottime e abbondanti. Ci hanno preparato la colazione da asporto quando siamo usciti presto per l'escursione e la mattina in cui siamo ripartiti per l'aeroporto all'orario richiesto. Abbiamo usufruito del taxi chiamato da loro e ci sono venuti ad accogliere quando siamo arrivati (dato che il taxi ferma fuori dalla medina) e riaccompagnato nello stesso punto il giorno della partenza. La posizione è centrale e anche se sembra difficile orientarsi all'inizio, in realtà è comoda alle principali attrazioni. Consigliato!

Nella nostra stanza al piano terra non era presente una finestra e dunque non vi è possibilità di cambiare l'aria (ma penso sia tipico del riad, data anche la posizione al centro della medina). L'unica nota davvero negativa è la mancanza di un ripiano in camera o in bagno dove poter appoggiare i vestiti o altro.
