Sheffield is my second home and I stay all the time and I’m used to good places to stay - so I didn’t like a few things Too many instructions - get code , leave rubbish and bins outside , make sure at least one set of keys is in the safe , check out at 10 or ask for more time, ensure windows and doors are locked etc ; it was a bit patronising and annoying ; I had to be checking my phone / emails all the time and relaying messages to our group ; I did not like this at all Too impersonal ; I know it’s a business but please don’t make it look like it’s a conveyor belt - one set in and quick , leave - so cleaners can come in For the price we paid for 2 nights , I expected more If you are elderly or not as able - it will be a real struggle to understand all the instructions Check out at 10am ! We did not like that at all ; considering it’s DIY breakfast , you should at least allow some more time in the mornings

The finish inside the house was just lovely. All quality furnishings you felt you could genuinely relax in for the weekend. Lots of amenities to use and nothing we needed that we couldn't find. Garden also lovely to use on a better weather day.

The location wasn't the best for us as it was a bit far out but that's not their fault. We booked it. However we're very glad we found it as we'd use it again and the tram was super close.

Lovely clean fabulous for a family wedding get together. Nice quiet area .
