Uptown Parksuites Apartments Tower 2 BGC by PH Staycation

Location was great. Plenty of shops and restaurant in all different cuisines you can choose from. Plenty of taxis, and not hard to find by Uber.

One of the man at the reception gave us a hard time checking in saying my son was not listed in the booking eventhough we have submitted our passports copies to the customer service. He asked us to contact the customer service to email them to say okay for my son to stay, I mean what did he think that I would leave my son outside and not stay with me?? he must be dreaming, so I was very annoyed about that as made my self cleared when I did the booking that there will be two of us staying. We waited at the lounge for a reply from customer service which we have not responded to (again, not very happy). We waited until the man took his break before going to the reception again and the lady seems unbothered and did not check us, she let us go to the lift and off we went and took the key from the box and we had a rest. The apartment was a bit noisy with kids running at the hallway but what the heck we only stay there during night and sometimes after we went out do our shopping and sights seeing and then go out again to have a meal then back to the apartment to sleep. THEN, in our second last day of our stay we went back to the apartment around 3pm to have a rest went to the loo BUT found out there was no water at all excuse for saying this but I had to find a way to clean myself after using the toilet. I immediately emailed the customer service telling them that there is no water at all but they seems to be unbothered about it so I argued a bit with them saying tat this is not acceptable at all then they said that there is nothing they can do about it.. wow!! you letting people stay in your apartment but dont want to help when something urgent happen? We then went downstairs to ask the reception that's when we found out that the whole building had no running water since morning that day, It was nearly 7pm till the water was back. I dont like giving a bad review unless it really is bad, BUT, the aircon was leaking water that runs its way to the lounge.

the condo unit is very simple but i would say very clean & we’re very comfortable to use the cooking utensils, spoons,fork plates & etc.. and the most i like the unit, is the view of the uptown mall specifically at night.

the only thing we didn’t like,when we arrived at parksuites tower2 was the stairs.we had a lot of luggage and it was heavy and they didn’t have a slope.

Not happy upon checking in. Too crowded you have to wait too long for checking in even though you checked in prior for arriving. Elevator is too crowded we had to wait too long and no air conditioning. Their not checking in if their customers needs anything.

The only thing we liked is the location.

everything was great except...

no indoor slippers available for use by the guests.

Location is good Walking distantance to high-street 15-20 mins walk

Force you to check out even we ask for 1 hour extension

hot shower, hair dryer

small cockroach, Moldy smelling sheets
