small, they gave me flat sheets as blanket and they didn’t disclose that they didn’t have a dryer. they have a spinner which is not the same.

Able to cook. Full utensils. Everything working condition.

Not enough lighting. Kitchen too dark

The location was perfect for us. Lots of restaurants around the area and easy to get around and take Grab car or order food in if you don't feel like going out. The check-in was pretty easy and the building staff were helpful and friendly. The PH Staycation correspondence was also very swift and tended to my needs and questions.

The internet was sometimes unstable when we were watching Netflix but it wasn't too bothersome for us. Also just set your expectation that because of the location, you will hear the music from the clubs on the streets. It didn't bother us anyway. One thing which was cumbersome was the airconditioners not working and was even leaking with frozen water, so they had to visit the unit twice during the stay. I hope they really fix it for future guests. They provided an extra electric fan which I requested, so it was not too bad. :)

Everything in the unit was on point, nothing lacking and it was really comfortable. Loved the towels, the hot and cold shower, the spacious kitchen, the sofabed that was very comfortable, and equally important their fast internet speed.

The condo itself (building and not the unit) is NOT PWD friendly. If on a wheelchair, you need to either get down at Uptown Parksuites Tower 1's lobby, go down to the basement, navigate through the parking to get to Tower2's elevators, then take the lift from there to the unit. There is no seamless pavement for someone on a wheelchair to traverse from this side If you are coming from Uptown Parade, you'd need to make sure you are already on ramp from Lander's because there is no ramp for a wheelchair to go to Tower2 Considering these buildings were built recently, I would've thought they'd consider PWD-friendliness as part of the overall design. It is not. No fault to the unit owner though.

I like that the building is one of the fanciest condominiums in BGC. Everything is clean from the lobby to the room we rented. The staffs in the building and the BnB are all very helpful and responsive. I also like that it's close to Uptown Mall and that you can view it from the balcony of our room. I also like the interior of our room. It's simple, but it was able to maximize the space well.

Maybe some things to improve: - The receptionist and the guard in the lobby told us different information about pool use from what the host was telling us - One of the aircons is not working properly so the coolness of the room is just "enough" - The Wi-Fi was not working at first. I'm glad they have a back up so we were able to use it and enjoy Netflix as well.

Everything. So close to restaurants and mall. Clean and cozy. 100% perfect
