Q Apartment Da Nang

I liked the space as it was really spacious for a family of 4. It gave off condo vibes with its washing machine, kitchen essentials, dining table, and two bedrooms. The hotel is conveniently located near several Korean stores. The apartment building itself has a clothing, shoe, and bag store on the ground floor. Since they are sharing space, there isn’t a proper reception area; you have to pass through the store to reach the elevator, which serves the 2nd to 7th floors. One thing I really liked is that the toilet and shower are in separate areas. Basic amenities were provided, and we loved the aesthetic vibe of the accommodation. It’s also very close to Han Market, just walking distance.

Communication with the staff was very poor. 1 month before our arrival in Da Nang, we asked if it was possible to amend our booking (advance) and check in earlier since our flight was at midnight. They said it was possible, so I assumed they had made the necessary arrangements for us and we also agreed to pay the extra fee. However, a week before our arrival, I followed up about our accommodation and only then found out that our request hadn’t been accommodated because another guest had already booked the room and they never informed us. I was planning to book a different hotel, but the staff messaged again and assured me that there would be a room available for us, so we relied on that and expected to have a place to stay upon arriving early in Da Nang. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the staff seemed confused and surprised that there were 4of us. He told us the room was only suitable for 2 people. I was really disappointed, especially since we had just traveled from Hanoi and were exhausted. I don’t understand why they booked a room for 2 when they clearly knew we were a group of 4. Perhaps they didn’t want to lose the booking. The communication barrier made the situation more stressful, although the staff who assisted us upon arrival did his best to help. Since we had no other option, especially arriving in the early hours, we had to make do. One of my family members ended up sleeping on the couch, and they didn’t offer an extra bed or anything to make up for their mistake.

A mon arrivée on m'avais dit que le ménage serai fait environ tous les 3 jours, au final au bout de presque une semaine j'ai dû réclamer à ce qu'il soit fait. Odeurs de tabac par moment qui arrive par l'aération.

Perfect location ( near the Han river, Rong bright,…). The hotel is clean and very helpful staffs.

Great location very near to Han Market. The sound proof is great and the room is quiet, good for light sleepers.

We didn't expect the entrance to be inside and a shop, couldn't find it even when we were standing in front of the apartment.
