El ambiente general de las instalaciones, la iluminación y la música. La limpieza de las instalaciones me pareció excelente y me agradó mucho que también pensaran en los niños con el parque acuático.

El valor del IVA lo cobraron normal ( 15%) , pese que para la fecha que fuimos había una reducción al 8%.

El hotel tiene buena ubicación y las áreas son de acuerdo a lo que muestran las fotos del alojamiento

El hotel no regulo su política del buen orden por parte de los demás huéspedes, permitiendo que tomen toda la madrugada generando ruido que no permitió descansar. El ingreso era a las 2pm y me hicieron esperar más de media hora para poder ingresar. :(
