It was not clean, we didn't have water and electricity many times at certain times during the day and midway during our stay there was no hot water and we had to take cold showers for 2 days, the bath area was clogged and in general the place was not clean.

The shared bathroom is gross, the kitchen is gross

Good location, friendly staff and a rooftop (which could do with some work but was alright)

One toilet & shower between atleast 6 rooms and staff. We were put in the wrong room and when we said we were moved to another room which still wasn’t the right room (no window/ view). Quite noisy on the lower floor as that’s where the kitchen & toilet are located.

Guy at the desk was very nice. We had a misunderstanding on the price (I was in the wrong) and he still offered a discount. San Pedro in general is also great. Didn't think I would like it this much.

Nothing it was great.

Clean and cozy room, and free drinking water! Bed was very comfortable and it was quiet at night, so I was able to get a good rest. Host was great, I felt like at home!

Very friendly staff. They were very helpful in helping us find tour guides and activities as well. The property is budget-friendly.

The cleanliness can be improved. We found cockroaches and termites in the room.
