3 Bed Retreat Cardiff Free Parking Long Stays and Short Stays Contractors and Family Friendly

The property was super big, lots of space for me and the kids, we all had our own space and my son was very happy he could connect he’s PlayStation too. It was unbelievably clean, the host was so accommodating and even left us some treats to enjoy during our stay. We will definitely be back ☺️

Reeyen is simply the best host I've had on Booking.com...or any platform. Before I'd even arrived he was warm, responsive and genuinely caring, accommodating an early check-in without hesitation. The property itself is large, spacious and has free on-street parking, a bonus in Cardiff. But what really stood out was his support when I needed it most. I was staying one night to judge at Cardiff HYROX, with a second property booked separately for the Saturday. On the Wednesday morning, just as I was about to drive down from near London, that second booking was cancelled. Everything else in Cardiff was taken; it was a huge event weekend. I was already anxious, about to get in the car, with judging ahead of me and no time to search. I reached out to Reeyen. He stepped in immediately, offered me one of his other properties that was still mid-refurbishment, and sorted everything with zero fuss. He then got his builders in to make sure it was fully ready in time, and confirmed it's now 100% done. He's also granted me an early check-in on Saturday knowing I'll be finishing a long judging shift late that night, and a late check-out on Sunday knowing I'm competing in HYROX that afternoon and need to be well rested. He didn't have to do any of that. That kind of initiative, thoughtfulness and genuine human kindness is rare. If you get the chance to stay with him, take it...and I'll absolutely be going back!!!

Adorable little accommodation right in the heart of Cardiff! The owners were wonderful and even left us some sweet treats that were very much enjoyed the next day!

We booked this property at the last minute for the Easter break and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. The host was very thoughtful and offered complimentary snacks, which was a nice gesture. He also checked that everything was fine during our stay and made sure we were comfortable. Overall, we had a good night’s sleep and a pleasant experience.

The property feels a bit outdated overall, and the level of cleanliness could be improved. In particular, the shower and the bedding did not meet expected standards.

The property was huge, easy to find and only a short walk (less than 20 minutes) from the city centre. On arrival we did struggle initially to find parking, but within 10 minutes there were various places free. It's a busy area, but also has a pretty high turnover of vehicles so you just need a bit of patience. Collecting the keys was very straightforward and Reeyen's communication about everything was brilliant. Both before and during our stay he responded immediately to any questions we had, and he sent the information on arrival well in advance, rather than at the last minute. He also allowed us to check in early which was appreciated.

Unfortunately we did not end us staying the night, so can't honestly comment in depth on the facilities of the house.

Nice accommodation, good location, free parking and pets go free!
