Charming Double Bed Room in New Moston

The location of property is really good as it’s only 13 min by Uber from city centre and 25 by tram also tram station is like 5 mins away depending on how you walk very clean comfortable and the service by the host and hostess was exceptional easy to communicate with fast replies and a warm welcome on arrival

I recently stayed at this property, and overall, it was a great experience for the price. The place is clean and was recently maintained, but it's not quite finished in terms of decor—there are no mirrors in the room or rugs floors yet, which might add to the comfort once completed. For now, it's excellent value for money.

As a female solo traveler, I didn't feel safe walking in the area late at night. I'd recommend taking a taxi to and from the property, especially after dark, to avoid walking alone. It’s a good option if you prioritize affordability and cleanliness, but just be mindful of the surroundings.

The Host was excellent with prompt response. The place / room was clean and tidy and bed was comfortable. Shared kitchen and bathroom facilities .

Internet - it was rather slow and i had issues connecting to my work place via VPN. They need to consider switching to faster wifi connection. No mirror and hair dryer in the room . I think room would benefit by providing these . Struggled to find an Iron- still not sure if its there somewhere ?
