GBGareth so accomodating.1st allowed us to check in eay without extra charges, 2nd we dont know how the heaters work and he just dial away and solve right away, 3rd we leave our car in the bay allocated for us longer for the kids to one more look around without any issue.Definitely we are coming back in this apartment. GBGBThe apartment was exactly where we needed, with parking, so we didn't have to worry at all. The apartment was as described and had all the amenities, was clean and comfortable. The owner had left nice little touches, a keyring souvenir for each guest plus a nice info folder full of local information. They messaged before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We have booked to go again next year.
The heating took a bit of work to get used to (we did arrive in early January so it was very cold outside). Once we had got the settings right and got the place warmed up it was absolutely fine!
GBThe proximity to The Winter Gardens was particularly helpful to us. The flat was clean and comfortable and the free parking was very convenient. We watched the seagulls from the window and on the first morning of our stay, we were delighted to see from the living room window three baby chicks with their mother!

The only downside was the shower water pressure that was inconsistent.
GBThe apartment was ideal for dancing at the Winter Gardens. It was spacious, clean and had everything needed for our 2 night stay. The beds were comfy and we all had a good night's sleep. Easy access codes for the doors so no need for keys.
Nothing to be negative about.

It was so cold on arrival the heaters were good but it took us hours to warm the apartment up. There was no lock on our side of the door left us feeling vulnerable as many people may have the door code.

The fixtures and fittings in the rooms were cheap, the aparentment needs a deep clean and the beds were not very comfy.
