The pool. Room service was good. Staff tried to help but communication was very difficult.

Food was always the same and was always cold. Beds were very uncomfortable (hard as rocks) coffee shop and restaurant were never open.

The hotel is very clean and has a natural feel with all the hanging plants. The pool was brilliant. The man at reception was very helpful and the man on security covered our hikes for us when it rained which was really appreciated.

They didn’t have any cold beers in so needed to go and find a shop. Could have had some robes in the room for pool usage and the food was pretty average.

Probably the best hotel in Thai Nguyen. I like staying here because of the friendly stay, nice surroundings and great rooms. However, for breakfast there could be some more fruits.

The exterior design of hotel blended with plants make me feel more close to nature and comfortable, with balcony for morning exercise . Breakfast is good, especially the Pho.

Booked it specifically for the pool that was advertised on booking.com it wasn’t until after check in and payment completed was told the pool was closed for cleaning

Overall a good experience as it's set in a quiet location in town and is fairly close by taxi tp several nice restaurants and shopping. Although the staff does not speak English they use Google Translate and go out of their way to help you.

Breakfast lacked coffee and proper water dispenser.
