Pretty unhappy with stay. Had booked 2 nights and contacted hotel to confirm I would be arriving the following morning as was travelling overnight, but would be paying for both nights. When I arrived, I was told that the room had been sold and I would have to wait for it to be vacated. I was totally exhausted after not sleeping all night, and it spoiled my whole time in Anjun as had to sleep most of the day. If I was told that room would have not been available or even had been re- sold, I would have made alternative arrangements. I was then charged for both nights! Room was also very grubby. Would not recommend as owner may double book your room!

INAlthough the air conditioning was not satisfactory, the host was accommodating and offered an alternative room. The breakfast was good and well worth trying.

Nothing as they refused to give us sea facing room which we had booked and demanded triple the amount than what was shown in booking.com
IN2nd Day at the stay and still its perfect and no compromise on food or assistance. Would recommend anyone who wants the best view and pleasent stay🤙
