Die Wohnung liegt super zentral gegenüber dem Fischmarkt, von dem wir aber nichts gerochen haben. Für zwei Peronen ideal, mit zwei getrennten Schlafmöglichkeiten, wobei ein Bett tatsächlich in der Küche steht ohne Frischluftzufuhr, was für uns kein Problem war. Der kleine Balkon ist toll um morgens einen Kaffee zu trinken und dem Treiben zuzuschauen. Küchenausstattung hat für uns gepasst, da wir nicht kochen wollten.

Leider riecht es im Bad unfassbar schlimm nach Kloake, was aus dem Duschabfluss zu kommen schenit, genauso wie zahlreiche Käfer. Wir haben diesen mit einem Handtuch abgedeckt, dann ging es. Die Ameisen und Käfer sind wir aber nicht wirklich losgeworden. Fairerweise muss man sagen, dass wir uns nicht beschwert haben, da wahrscheinlich außer dem Sprühen einer Ladung Gift nichts gemacht werden kann.

Jedna postel je vlastně v kuchyni, který je současně obývák a ložnice. Není to úplný komfortní. Na přespání snad stačí. Přes druhý pokoj se chodí do sprchy a Wc

Píše se 2 ložnice, bohužel jedna postel je v kuchyni , druhé lůžko si musíte vysunout z pod gauče, druha je za skleněnými dveřmi a je to průchozí do koupelny a WC. Trochu nelogické.

The place is strategically located at the heart of Kota Kinabalu, where almost everything is walking distance. The room is super clean, and basic amenities are sufficiently provided. The view is good and the room is justly near to the elevator as well as easy access to the refuse chamber. Hassle free right from the arrival until check out 😊

The floor in the bathroom quit slippery, really need to give extra careful when use the toilet.

Small for 5 persons with only 1 common toilet/bathroom

Our flight was delayed and we arrived at around 11pm, but the staff kindly waited for us and let us check-in. The location is very convenient - convenience store downstairs and supermarket and restaurants are nearby.

We had issues with bugs throughout our stay. This is probably a whole building issue as the room looked clean. When we told the staff about the issue, they tried to solve the issue straightaway and offered an additional clean-up and pest control measurement was placed, but it did not work much…
