Location to the centre of Bowness Hot tub and out door space with pod

Shower in the upstairs suit was either boiling hot or cold and not enough pressure, maybe 10pm cut off for use of the hot tub instead of 9pm it’s a little early. Could not get the lights to work in the pod but that may of been is not doing it right and there is a loose flag stone on one of the steps to the garden my mum is 84 and she nearly fell over .

Beautiful property in an excellent location, only a short walk to lakeside activities, pubs and restaurants. House was very spacious and beautifully decorated with everything you need for a home from home feel. Owners were quick to respond to enquiries or problems. Plenty of parking for up to 5 cars.

For the price we paid I would have liked a small welcome pack, milk etc. but there is a garage a short distance away for supplies. Cleaners could also have been more thorough, whilst majority of house was spotlessly clean there were quite a few cobwebs and dead spiders around house! We found that the garden pod was also not in working order as the lights and Bluetooth speakers weren’t working. Luckily for us the weather was beautiful and we didn’t need it but I would expect things like this to be checked before arrival when paying this amount for rental.

Brilliant property, well appointed just near enough to Bowness but far enough away to not be affected by how busy it can get. Everything was spot on & perfect for our family weekend.

A washing machine would be an excellent addition

The location was perfect, for walks in the day, food and drinks in the evening, or even just staying still and enjoying the stunning garden.

We have just returned from 2 nights here, a group of 7 of us, and we absolutely loved it. The house is beautiful and in such a great location. Only 15 minutes or so walk to the lake / town, I can not find a single fault. All facilities in working order, clean, spacious the decor was was lovely! We will be back!
