Booked two AC room for 3 nights.. But awarded one Big room (ok) and one small room without cupboard. In small room, AC no cooling, no water from wash basin tap, toilet flush no water/over flowing, bathroom door inner lock broken. We were keeping buket with water as a lock. Chairs broken, no change in towel, no room cleaning. Water supply two time stopped as over head tank ran empty... In the big room, water leak from the wall leaving mushroom in the cot. It was not corrected till I came out. Staffs were so lethargic. Did not give bill for the room rent??? No value for money. In total No respect for customers..

Every thing which I need I got on time. Very new property. Calm and cool place. Comfortable Night stay. Bed room is spacious. Ac and TV are in good condition. I really prefer this hotel.

The drawing room sofa cum bed is also broken
