Residenza Pansa B&B

Staff was super helpful and pleasant to interact with. The included porter service was a very nice touch.

The room was very spacious, bed comfy and clean. Mini fridge with free bottled water.

We ordered the room with breakfast - I was aware that it is served in a cafe nearby but the staff of the cafe checked the breakfast voucher like they saw it for the first time. When you ask what can you order they look at you strangely. Maybe I would recommend to have a special menu for the B&B guests to avoid confussion on both sides as it wasn´t a very pleasant experience. Even though it seems in tucked away from traffic it can be pretty noisy on the balcony.

Nice presentation of breakfast but there was no sunny side up choice of eggs. Lighting in room was good. Water pressure for shower was good. Service officer at reception was helpful when we 1st arrived. 👍🏻 The view from our room was great.

Mattress & pillows are too soft. Bread served (during dinner time) was not warm and staff didnt offer olive oil or balsamic to go with it. 😒

it was central location, spaciuos bathroom

the room Praiano had no direct light. bedding was not nice to the body- i think it is polyester. some towels were overused.

Great location, staff very friendly.

Room was very small and dark . Bed very hard and uncomfortable. Black mould in the shower & bathroom . Quite noisy .
