Lovely staff, the hotel is clean and the pool area is very nice. Close to 7/11, restaurants and shops, very quiet area and beautiful views

The hotel is not in the main street, so less noise at night time. They clean a room every day.

A pack of hungry dogs comes close to the hotel every night and sleeps in the street. They sometimes attack people and passing motorbikes. It was very stressful for me to go back to the hotel every time. The furniture in the rooms is old, the curtains are torn (they changed them at my request). About 25 minutes' walk from the sea. TV shows just 2 channels (one Word news, another Thai).

The location was close enough to all restaurants within walking distance. The pool was awesome.

I initially booked 3 nights which was fine but on the last night we had no hot water in our shower. As we were going to be doing a diving excursion, I wanted to extend my stay by 2 nights. On the day I needed to “check out” there was no receptionist on duty as she was only coming to work at 10.00am. (!?) So I had to check out with “house keeping” then “check in again” on Bookings.com to extend my stay which actually cost me more, and then house keeping did not inform front of house managers that we had no hot water in our room. Maintenance tried to resolve the issue but infact it was no better, they switched a shower unit from another room to ours and we ended up with not water pressure at all- eventually I thought - I couldn’t be bothered! My overall opinion- not a good experience.

Was located quiet far away from the main hub of Krabi - good 20 mins walk to the beach. Hard to communicate with reception staff as we had no Thai and they spoke almost no English

Location was really good. It’s about 20mins from the beach and the busiest areas, but there are still many good restaurants and a 7-eleven up the road. Very clean, with change of towels and replenishments of coffee and water every day. The shower had proper pressure.

The AC was dripping water every now and then, which can be annoying if you are going to bed. The balcony door did not close properly.

Nothing it was horrible

A/C did not work, bed mattress was horrible, the linen sheets and pillows cases where dirty and not changed regularly, the air conditioner had to be cleaned and recharged when we checked in, the shower was horrible water everywhere because the shower curtain was to short, the tv was so small you needed binoculars to see it, and the place was very out dated, the pictures on the internet are not what you get when you get there, and the swimming pool was not cleaned once in the hole week we were there, it was horrible.
