Large house with fast trains to London

La ubicación del alojamiento cerca de la estación, con alta frecuencia de trenes semidirectos al centro de Londres. La tranquilidad del barrio por las noches.

Cuando llegamos el apartamento estaba sucio. Se había hecho una limpieza mínima. Cocina, utensilios de cocina y baños sucios. Pocos utensilios y servicio de mesa. El jardín estaba sucio, con un cenicero a rebosar de colillas, había correspondencia en el salón y en los cajones de la cocina. Nos pusimos en contacto con el propietario, quien se comprometió a solucionarlo. Al día siguiente mandó a una persona que hizo una limpieza mínima. Volvimos a quejarnos y mandarle fotos, pero nadie más volvió a limpiar, aún asegurándonos que dejábamos las llaves de la casa a su disposición para que pudiera acceder. No había toallas de manos, manteles, trapo de cocina y tuvimos que lavar algunas piezas sucias que había en el cuarto de la lavadora.

Gut angebunden an London

Leider zu dreckig für meinen Geschmack. Obwohl 6 Personen angegeben waren, waren nur 2 Betten bezogen und keine Decken für das Schlafsofa bereit gelegt. Vor dem Haus steht ein großes for sale Schild. Es wird daher wahrscheinlich kein Geld mehr in die Reparatur oder Einrichtung gesteckt. Der Eingang ist so gut wie zugewachsen.

We were left speechless and extremely disappointed by the conditions. - garbage at the entrance of the property - interior was dirty - hygiene standards really low - oven was filthy and unusable - broken furniture, e.g. the garden chairs were completely broken - garden was full of garbage, such as toilet paper, cigarette butts, empty bags, drink cans, bottles, etc. - no communication from the host, as we promptly emailed them of the conditions upon arrival, they only got back to us when we were at the airport, leaving the country

The area was rough…we were walking in the evening and there were many drunk people on the street. I didn’t feel safe in this area. The property was not properly maintained, bushes overgrown, carpet smells of damp and shower curtain was not clean!

Property was very comfortable and exceptionally clean.
